Nick joined Motability Foundation in 2025.
He has over 20 years’ experience leading business change, and is a recognised expert in how businesses operate and what it takes to improve them.
At the Foundation, he will ensure the Scheme is consistently delivering for disabled people while developing policy and fostering government relationships.
