This helps other individuals, families, carers and organisations to understand the support we offer.
A case study is someone prepared to share their experiences to help showcase Motability Foundation's work. Examples of where we may use your story:
- our website and social media channels
- our annual report and external publications
- staff training resources and presentations
We are interested in hearing from individuals who can answer YES to the following three questions:
- Have you received a grant from us in the last 12 months?
- Has this positively impacted your ability to make journeys?
- Would you be willing to talk about it?

By completing the sign-up form below, you are:
- Agreeing that we may carry out a due diligence check on your grant status.
- Giving consent for us to contact you to discuss the case study opportunity further.
We will retain your details and expression of interest for 12 months.

If you are selected to be a case study, we will provide you with a Case Study Consent Form. This will explain in detail:
- What information we will collect for the case study.
- How your data may be used, stored and shared.
- Who will have access to your information and for what purpose.
- How long we will keep your data.
- Your rights, including the ability to withdraw consent at any time.
