Michael brings 15 years’ experience as a Director at UK Government Investments (part of HM Treasury), where he worked on a range of governance roles and commercial projects. Michael is currently a Non Executive Director on the Board of Urenco Limited.
Michael has been a Non-Executive Director on the boards of many companies in both the public and private sectors, including Network Rail, Ordnance Survey and the Met Office.
He also has a broad international corporate advisory background and has spent 20 years in investment banking.
He spent eight years before joining UK Government Investments, working in Australia for independent corporate finance advisor Caliburn. Prior to that, Michael spent 12 years in investment banking with CSFB and BZW in both London and Europe. He started his career as an accountant at PWC.
